Horizontal Hold Carts — Standard-Duty (CBH Style) —
• Safe PCB Handling: Metro PCB Trucks safely transport and store large circuit boards, or large quantities of small boards.
• Styles Available:
Benchside: These 50" (1220mm)-high trucks hold boards at convenient level for seated assemblers.
• Horizontal Slides: Horizontal slides have 5/8" (13mm) slide spacing for highest density loading. Ideal for circuit board curing operations and for handling large quantities of unpopulated boards. Made of chrome plated steel, panels resist contamination and the effects of corrosive atmospheres. Slides accept boards up to 1/8" (3mm) thick.
• Adjustable: Panels slide along side frames to the exact width of boards. Holding knobs at each panel corner are manually tightened to hold panels securely in place. To accommodate boards from 3" (76.2mm) to 221/2" (571.5mm) deep, the vertical stop bar on the face of each panel can be placed in any of five locations.
• Conductive: All-metal components eliminate electrostatic build-up in properly grounded units.
• Simplify Inventory: Assessing inventory is simple, because you know the capacity of the fully-loaded unit.
• Super Erecta Shelf Construction: Provides fast, secure assembly of unit without special tools.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Both style standard units consist of two end panels, two four-sided frames, four posts, four casters and grounding chain. The Tran- Stor Model has a lower wire shelf.
• Panels: Panels are chrome-plated carbon steel with slide panels on both sides. Slides are spaced 5/8" (13mm) apart and accept boards 1/8" (3mm) thick. Each panel is secured to the truck frame by four brackets with knobs that tighten manually. Spacing between panels is infinitely adjustable throughout the length of the frames.
• Frames: Tubular chrome-plated steel 1" (25.4mm) square with tapered corner collars which attach to the posts via aluminum sleeves and retaining rings. The panel/frame unit can be lowered in 1" (25.4mm) increments to the desired working level.
• Shelf: Super Erecta Shelf chrome-plated wire shelf at the bottom of Tran-Stor units provides a place to store or transport other items.
• Casters: All models are equipped with 5" (127mm) swivel casters with non-marking resilient rubber tread. Foot-operated wheel brakes on two of the casters make it easy to "park" the unit safely.
• Conductivity: Grounding chain is standard on all models. Conductive casters are available on special order. If the chain and/or conductive casters are in contact with proper ground, the entire unit will remain free of any electrostatic build-up.
 Horizontal Hold Carts — Heavy-Duty (CBL Style) —
High-density cart with 3/8" (8mm) deep slides for positive board capture provide 48 levels for circuit boards and 11/16" (18mm) on center spacing for volume loading. Standard units include two end, and one center panel. CBL available in Tran-Stor model only as standard product.
• Center panel (included) features slides on both sides.
• Slides accept boards up to 221/2" (571mm) long and up to 1/2" (12.7mm) thick.
